This calming 20-minute Reiki session is designed especially for children, offering a soft, soothing space for them to relax, reset, and feel supported. Using gentle, child-friendly energy work, I help your little one release tension, settle their emotions, and reconnect with a sense of peace and safety.

Children often respond beautifully to Reiki — it feels comforting, grounding, and helps them move through big feelings with more ease. You’re welcome to stay in the room during the session, creating a familiar and reassuring environment.
