What to expect during a Reiki Healing session
During a Reiki session, we’ll begin with a gentle conversation about your intentions, current challenges, or what you hope to achieve. From there, you’ll experience around 30 minutes of hands-on Reiki healing designed to bring relaxation, balance, and renewed energy.
We’ll close with a gentle debrief, giving you space to share how you felt and what stood out for you. If you’re open, I may also offer any impressions or sensations I noticed, and we can draw an oracle card to invite further insight and reflection. Together, we’ll explore how the experience resonates with you.
Personal Coaching
